Do I need to know how to swim to start diving?

Yes, basic swimming skills are required. You should be comfortable in water and able to swim at least 200 meters without assistance. We'll assess your swimming ability during the course.

What's the minimum age to start diving?

Children as young as 10 can start with the PADI Junior Open Water Diver course. For adults, there's no maximum age limit as long as you're in good health.

How long does it take to get certified?

The PADI Open Water Diver course typically takes 3-4 days, including theory, confined water training, and 4 open water dives. Advanced courses take 2-3 days each.

What equipment do I need to bring?

We provide all necessary diving equipment including wetsuits, BCDs, regulators, tanks, and weights. You only need to bring swimwear, towel, and sunscreen.

Is diving safe in Morocco?

Absolutely! We maintain the highest safety standards with certified instructors, modern equipment, and comprehensive safety protocols. Our safety record is excellent.

What's the water temperature like?

The Mediterranean waters around Belyounech range from 16°C (61°F) in winter to 24°C (75°F) in summer. We provide appropriate wetsuits for all seasons.

Can I dive if I have health conditions?

Most people can dive safely, but certain medical conditions may require clearance from a doctor. We'll provide a medical questionnaire and can recommend local diving physicians.

What if the weather is bad?

Safety is our priority. If conditions are unsafe, we'll reschedule your dive or provide alternative activities. We rarely cancel due to weather as our location is well-protected.

Do you offer group discounts?

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance, especially during peak season (June-September). For specialty courses, 2-3 weeks advance booking is ideal.
